Delivery and Return Policy

The delivery fee is 20 RON and applies to standard deliveries throughout Romania. For orders over 300 RON, delivery is FREE.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: The delivery time refers to the period during which the package is in the possession of the courier company, NOT the order processing time!

Shipping is done via express courier, and the estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days in cities and 2-4 business days for more remote areas.

The processing time (production of goods) varies depending on the complexity and volume of orders and is between 3-7 BUSINESS days.

Special areas and international delivery

For deliveries to isolated or hard-to-reach localities, there may be additional fees. These will be communicated to the customer before the order is dispatched. Currently, we do not offer international delivery.

Delays and order tracking

If delays occur due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, courier logistical issues), we will inform customers as soon as possible. Once dispatched, the order can be tracked using the AWB number provided by the courier.

Delivery issues

If a package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and send us relevant photos. We will analyze the situation and find the best solution for you.

1. Return Period
You have the right to return products within **14 calendar days** from receiving the order, without needing a justification.

2. Return Conditions
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- We do not accept returns for personalized or custom-made products, unless they have manufacturing defects.
- The cost of the return is borne by the customer, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or has defects.

3. Return Procedure
- Send a return request to contact.joinin@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- You will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
- After receiving and checking the product, we will process the refund within 7 business days to the account used for payment of the order.

4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective product, please send us photos within **48 hours** of receipt. We will assess the situation and offer you either a free exchange or a full refund.
