1. What materials do you use for 3D printed products?

All our products are printed from PLA, a biodegradable material derived from corn starch. It is safe, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly.

2. Are the products safe for children?

Yes! We only use child-safe materials, free of toxic substances, BPA, or other harmful chemicals. Additionally, our products are CE certified, complying with European safety standards.

3. What does it mean that the products are CE certified?

CE certification attests that the products comply with European safety, health, and environmental protection standards. This guarantees that they are suitable for use by children.

4. How do I maintain and clean the products?

Products can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid prolonged exposure to hot water or high temperatures/prolonged direct sunlight, as PLA may deform.

5. Are the products biodegradable?

Yes, PLA is a biodegradable and compostable material under industrial conditions. It does not contain harmful substances for the environment, making it a sustainable choice.

6. How long does it take to process and deliver an order?

Order processing takes between 2 and 7 business days, depending on the volume of orders in progress. After this period, we deliver the package to the courier on the next day.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Romania, but we are working on expanding international deliveries. However, if you would like your order delivered outside of Romania, please leave us a message and we will find a solution together.

8. Can I place a custom order?

Yes! If you have a special idea or want a product tailored to your needs, contact me and we'll see how we can make it happen.

9. How can I track the status of my order?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. When the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

10. What if my product arrives damaged?

We guarantee attention to every product sent, but if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to find a solution.

11. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments and cash on delivery.

12. Do you offer product returns or exchanges?

Yes, you can return the product within 14 calendar days of receipt if it is in perfect, unused condition. Personalized products are not returnable.

13. What should I do if I received the wrong product?

If you received a different product than ordered, please contact us and we will send you the correct version as soon as possible.

14. How can I use the products in sensory activities?

The products are designed to stimulate creativity and sensory exploration. You can use them with playdough, kinetic sand, water, dried beans, and many other sensory materials.

15. What is the minimum age you recommend for your products?

🔸 Recommended age: Sets containing small parts, elongated parts, or sharper edges are suitable for children over 3 years old, in accordance with safety recommendations.

Adult supervision is always recommended during play.

16. Can the products also be used with other sensory materials?

Yes! You can combine them with any sensory materials, from playdough and sand to dried beans and colored water. It all depends on your imagination! However, be aware that prolonged exposure to pigments can affect the product's original color.
