Our products are made to order, which means they are not available in stock. Fulfilling an order can take up to 7 business days, depending on current orders. If we anticipate that this deadline will be exceeded, we will post an announcement to that effect on the website's main page.

Colors may vary slightly depending on the available stock from suppliers, but we strive to use the same color codes as in the presented images. Also, shades may differ slightly depending on the resolution and quality of the device on which they are viewed.

Products made using 3D printing technology may exhibit minor variations, such as color blending in certain areas or slight level differences in regions where color changes occur. These aspects are natural and are part of the manufacturing process.

Electronic products will be sent by email after the order is completed.

Product Care:

• Do not place products in the microwave or dishwasher.

• Hand wash with lukewarm water for easy cleaning.

• Avoid temperatures above 60°C to maintain product shape.

• The trays are porous and can absorb water after extremely prolonged exposure (it hasn't happened to us yet)! They can stain if exposed to intense colors for a long time, as the material allows pigments to penetrate the fiber.

*Products can be used with substances such as baking soda & vinegar.

The delivery fee is 20 RON and applies to standard deliveries throughout Romania. For orders over 300 RON, delivery is FREE.

Shipping is done via express courier, and the estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days in cities and 2-4 business days for more remote areas.

Special areas and international delivery

For deliveries to isolated or hard-to-reach locations, additional fees may apply. These will be communicated to the customer before the order is dispatched. Currently, we do not offer international delivery.

Delays and order tracking

If there are delays due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, courier logistic problems), we will inform customers as soon as possible. Once dispatched, the order can be tracked using the AWB number provided by the courier.

Delivery issues

If a package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and send us relevant photos. We will analyze the situation and find the best solution for you.

1. Return Period
You have the right to return products within **14 calendar days** of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason.

2. Return Conditions
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- We do not accept returns for personalized or custom-made products, unless they have manufacturing defects.
- The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or has defects.

3. Return Procedure
- Send a return request to info.joinin@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- You will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
- After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process the refund within 7 business days to the account used for the order payment.

4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective product, please send us photos within **48 hours** of receipt. We will evaluate the situation and offer you either a free exchange or a full refund.

We want every customer to be completely satisfied with our products and services. If you have a complaint, please follow the steps below for a quick and efficient resolution:

- Include your **name, order number, and a detailed description of the issue**, accompanied by photos (if applicable).

- We will analyze the complaint within **2-5 business days** and inform you of the proposed solution.
- Depending on the situation, solutions may include: **product replacement, refund of the amount paid, a discount voucher, or other compensatory measures**.

3. **Escalating the complaint**
If the offered solution is not satisfactory, you can contact us again for a re-evaluation. In case of unresolved disputes, you have the right to resort to **Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)** or to contact the **National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC)**.
